I help people find homes anywhere in the Greater Phoenix area (Maricopa County), called, with good reason, "The Valley of the Sun." I particularly enjoy working in the "North Valley" area, stretching from Scottsdale on the east through Cave Creek, Carefree, North and Northeast Phoenix to Peoria on the west.   Probably 4 of every 5 buyers I work with are re-locating from out of town. That’s the work I’ve done best and the work I’ve enjoyed most, since 1984, and since 1990 in the North Valley. 

I like to work with families with kids, and much of the time I try to find a home near a good school. Our schools are rated “Excelling,” “Highly Performing” and 3 other ratings.  I almost always am able to find a family home near excelling or highly performing schools in suitable neighborhoods. Good schools attract good people, so even if you don't have children, consider using a good school district as a basis for searching for a home. I've collected a lot more information about schools than you’ll ever need at  School Information .  


I also list homes for sale, primarily for friends and previous clients, and others I also will work with as their Buyers Agent, mostly in the North Valley.  I’ll help you sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and as quickly as possible. Looking for homes?
