I will provide you with frequent progress reports on the sale of your home and any related comments by other real estate agents and prospective buyers. 
I will review with you all purchase offers as they are presented. 
I will assist and advise you in all negotiations. 
I will manage the transaction and escrow arrangements, after you have accepted an offer. 
 will handle all inspections and related negotiations for you. 
I will keep you informed of developments in the entire transaction through closing and settling the sale. 

I will provide other real estate related services (including transition and relocation services) as needed.
